                    Sindy Warren, author of Radi8: Using the Practice of Yoga to Cultivate Your Inner Shine, will lead you through a 75 minute vinyasa flow where you will touch on each of the 8 limbs of the yoga practice. She will then lead you through a simple yet powerful guided meditation. Finally, you will have a group discussion on the larger meaning of yoga, what it means outside the studio context, and how to bring your yoga practice off the mat and into your lives.
