Yoga is healing, strengthening, calming and an empowering practice that offers something for everybody, regardless of age, gender, race, shape, background, and yes, even fitness level! Yoga is not about getting into a pose. It's about being on your mat and noticing your body and breath as you flow through your practice. Within this class you will find modifications for all body types and physical levels. it is a safe, non-judgement space. All are welcome.
